Cheese cake mix from Bauckhof
400g silken tofu
1 jar morello cherries
starch
1 1/2 packs soy cream |
|
Stir the cake mixture according to »vegan« instructions.
Drain the cherries, keeping the juice and thickening it with starch.
Cover the base first with cherries, then with the thickened juice, then the silken tofu. Bake. Decorate with soy cream. |
