Almond and Apricot Cake [Picture] [Print]
Ingredients Preparation
240 g margarine
240 g sugar
240 g ground almonds
300 g flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 jar apricot jam
1 pack soy whip
chocolate glaze
Mix the margarine, sugar, almonds, flour and cocoa. Then bake 4 cake layers from the dough (26cm springform pan). Cut the last layer into 16 pieces when half baked, then bake it until done. Baking time: about 10-20 minutes.

Spread the cooled cake layers with jam and cream. Squirt 16 blobs of cream on the last layer of cream and place the 16 pieces chocolate-glazed pieces of cake on top of them on an angle.

Finally strew the cake with almond brittle.

Important!! Make the cake 1-2 days before serving, so that the cake can really steep and soften.
