Soyatoo! Hazelnut Cake [Picture] [Print]

Ingredients Preparation

Base:

A little egg replacer / thickening agent (e.g. some soya flour mixed with water)
4-5 tbsp. water
200 g sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
150 g flour
50 g starch
50 g ground hazelnuts
3 tsp. baking powder


Filling:

150 g ground hazelnuts
2 packs Soyatoo!
1 sachet vanilla sugar


For decorating:

100g ground hazelnuts or brittle,
1/2 pack Soyatoo! (whipped),
12-16 whole hazelnuts

Base:

Mix the ingredients to a dough and pour into a cake tin lined with baking paper.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 175-200°;C.


Filling:

Whip the Soyatoo! and fold in the hazelnuts and vanilla sugar and spread on the cooled base.

Finally, decorate
