Peach Torte [Picture] [Print]
vegan + gluten-free, quick, easy and delicious
Ingredients Preparation

Base:

10Og vegetable margarine
80g sugar
grated lemon zest
2 tbsp. soy flour mixed with 4 tbsp. water as well as
200g gluten-free flour
1 tsp. baking powder


Créme:

200g vegetable margarine
3 tbsp. icing sugar
grated lemon zest


Topping:

peaches
Soyatoo! soy whip

Base:

Mix the ingredients, bake in a normal cake pan on the middle oven rack at 200°; C for about 10-15 minutes.


Créme:

Mix all the ingredients well and spread on the cooled base.


Topping:

Slice the peaches and lay them on top of the cake.


Cream:

Whip the cream and spread it on the cake as desired, then strew with chocolate flakes.
