Put 13 of the frozen berries aside, then blend the rest with the Soyatoo!, adding gelatine or cream stiffener according to the instructions on the packaging. Do not blend too long, so that you still have pieces of fruit. The mixture will become creamy and half frozen. Spread the mixture evenly and smoothly on the base. Twelve berries mark the pieces, the thirteenth the middle of the cake.
