Chocolate Soyatoo! Cake [Picture] [Print]
Ingredients Preparation

Base:


4 egg whites
100 g sugar
100 g ground nuts
1 slab dark chocolate


Topping:


2 packs Soyatoo!
2 packs cream stiffener
1 packs vanilla sugar

2 slabs dark chocolate
1 cube coconut fat
1/4 pack Soyatoo!


Base:

BEat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar and the nuts. Dissolve the dark chocolate and fold into the mixture. Bake at 180°;C for about 30 minutes.


Topping:

Whip the Soyatoo! with cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff and spread on the cooled base.
Dissolve the dark chocolate with the coconut fat and stir in the 1/4 pack liquid Soyatoo!.

Pour the chocolate mixture onto the whipped Soyatoo! geben and combine the two with a fork.
Refrigerate the cake for several hours.

Tip: You can use egg replacer instead of egg whites to make the cake a special treat for vegans!
